  • Author: Laura

Description

Baking Soda Painted Easter Eggs is a fun and interactive project that combines crafting and science, allowing kids to create vibrant, tie-dye Easter eggs while observing a fizzing reaction.

Instructions

  1. Add a spoonful of baking soda to each cup of a muffin pan.
  2. Add a few drops of food coloring to each cup and a splash of water.
  3. Mix until it forms a thick, paint-like paste (not too watery – add more baking soda if needed).
  4. Paint the mixture onto hard boiled eggs.
  5. Place the painted eggs into a clean muffin pan.
  6. Slowly pour vinegar over each egg and watch the colors bubble and fizz!
  7. Rinse the eggs in cool water, let dry, and admire your colorful creations!
