- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup diced fresh peaches
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, applesauce, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the diced peaches.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
- For the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled donuts.

- Make sure to use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
- These donuts can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
