  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced fresh peaches
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, combine the milk, applesauce, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the diced peaches.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the donuts cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
  8. For the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled donuts.
