  • For the Mozzarella Sticks:
    • 12 oz mozzarella cheese sticks, cut in half
    • 6 oz sliced ham, chopped
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 2 large eggs, beaten
    • 1 cup breadcrumbs
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take each mozzarella stick, dip it in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spray the sticks lightly with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
