Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) chili beans
  • 1 packet chili seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the chili seasoning, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and chili beans.
  4. Add the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in the elbow macaroni and cook until al dente.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
