- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) chili beans
- 1 packet chili seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the chili seasoning, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and chili beans.
- Add the beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in the elbow macaroni and cook until al dente.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
