  • 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into circles.
  4. Place a generous amount of the chicken mixture on one half of each dough circle.
  5. Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and seal the edges by crimping with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops of the calzones with the beaten egg.
  7. Place the calzones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
