Ingredients

- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 head of romaine lettuce

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados until smooth.
- Chop the hard-boiled eggs and add them to the mashed avocado.
- Stir in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Wash and separate the romaine lettuce leaves.
- Spoon the avocado egg salad mixture into the lettuce leaves.
- Garnish with chopped chives or dill if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
