Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture onto each rectangle.
- Roll the pastry around the filling to form pinwheels.
- Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
