- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix apple cider, olive oil, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the apple cider mixture over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
