Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, black pepper, salt, and paprika to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook the chicken for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
